Happy March!  I can’t believe that Spring arrives this month.. It’s been a long cold winter and I’m sure you’re just as ready as I am!  I am pleased to see some more outdoor activities making their way onto the calendar too!

It’s also time for our group to start thinking about Board elections.  We have a great bunch of ladies who help to organize all our events, volunteering, and activities.  Unfortunately, some of us may not be able to continue our positions on the Board, so we’ll need some new Moms to step up and take over.  Our group has grown greatly over the last year and there are no restrictions for who can serve.  We’d love to see some new faces active!  There really isn’t a huge time commitment involved when being on the Board, after all, we are all juggling family, work & play!  I can say that personally, I really have enjoyed being President because it has in a way forced me to be more active and in turn I’ve grown closer with lots of Moms in the group.  So, please toss around the idea of being a Board member and if you’d like to volunteer to be on the Nominating Committee, please email me .  I’ll have additional information for you next month.
